Mrs. Dena Schneider

Dena Schneider is the 3rd Grade Instructional Aide at St. Raphael School.  She has been a member of the St. Raphael School faculty since 2018 and a parishioner of the parish since 1994.

Mrs. Schneider earned her B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business. Before joining St. Raphael School, Mrs. Schneider enjoyed a long career of being a stay-at-home mom to her five children. This afforded her many opportunities to volunteer at her children’s schools in various capacities, be a catechist for grades K-8 and teach the Confirmation Program here at St. Raphael.
When not at school, Mrs. Schneider enjoys reading, running, going on long walks with her husband, and spending time with family. Mrs. Schneider especially enjoys the opportunity to travel to visit her adult children. She continues to be an active member in our parish and Mrs. Schneider and her family enjoy volunteering at Hesed House with other St. Raphael parishioners. Joining St. Raphael School has been a blessing for Mrs. Schneider as she loves working with children and helping them to grow in their knowledge and faith. She is delighted to have the opportunity to be in a classroom every day at her home parish and to share the love of her Catholic faith with the students.
