Mrs. Cathleen Jaglin: Teaching Assistant

Mrs. Jaglin, originally from Springfield, Illinois, earned her Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University and began a fulfilling career that blended her passion for travel with specialties in sports medicine, pediatrics, and long-term care. After settling in Chicago with her husband Joel, they welcomed three children—twins, Adam and Lillian, and younger brother Zachary—and moved to Naperville in 2010, where they became devoted parishioners of St. Raphael. Immersed in the parish and school community, Mrs. Jaglin found joy in volunteering, which led to her role as a substitute teacher in 2016. In 2021, she officially joined the St. Raphael School staff as a teacher assistant, where she continues to find meaning and joy in working alongside caring colleagues and supporting students of all ages in an environment that feels like home.

When she’s not at school, Mrs. Jaglin treasures time with her family and enthusiastically cheers on her kids in their many pursuits—from choir and cross country to track and baseball. Her love of the outdoors shines through her favorite pastimes, which include hiking, biking, gardening, cooking, traveling, and anything involving water. Whether on a trail or in the classroom, she brings energy, heart, and a spirit of adventure to all she does.
