Ms. Melissa Diaz: Teaching Assistant

Ms. Diaz is excited to join the 4th-grade team as an Instructional Assistant. After more than a decade as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she followed her passion for working with children and transitioned into education. Ms. Diaz earned her Associate’s Degree from Joliet Junior College and plans to continue her studies in Early Childhood Education. Her family is thrilled to be part of the St. Raphael community as her daughter begins Kindergarten this fall. In her free time, Ms. Diaz enjoys traveling, visiting Disney, taking outdoor walks, and cheering on her daughter at her competitive dance events. She is looking forward to a wonderful school year with the St. Raphael 4th graders!
