Mrs. Dena Schneider: First Grade Teacher
Dena Schneider is a first-grade teacher at St. Raphael School. She has been a member of the St. Raphael School faculty since 2018 and a parishioner of the parish since 1994. Her love of her job as an aide and the excellent teachers she worked for inspired her to return to the classroom as a student and obtain her master’s degree in education. She is excited to have the opportunity to teach first grade at St. Raphael and considers it a privilege to be a part of such an outstanding, faith-filled school.
When not at school, Mrs. Schneider enjoys reading, running, long walks with her husband, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Schneider especially enjoys the opportunity to travel to visit her adult children. She continues to be an active member of our parish, and she and her family enjoy volunteering at Hesed House with other St. Raphael parishioners. Joining St. Raphael School has been a blessing for Mrs. Schneider as she loves working with children and helping them to grow in their knowledge and faith. She is delighted to have the opportunity to be in a classroom every day and to share the love of her Catholic faith with the students.
